Nicholas J. Wood


Nicholas is currently Senior Managing Director at Kidron Corporate Advisors LLC (www.kidronllc.com), an investment banking boutique specializing in Corporate M&A and advisory work. He is one of four General Partners of The Kidron Opportunity Fund, a Private Equity fund targeting emerging growth companies. He has sat on numerous Boards of privately held technology companies helping develop and direct strategy to re-align shareholders and management. As Executive Chairman he has secured strategic funding along with provided execution for meaningful exits.

He is currently Chairman for Sesame Communication, www.sesamecommunications.com , a Seattle based SaaS provider of patient communication and practice management systems for Orthodontists and Dentists. Under his 3 year tenure the Company has grown revenue 3 fold and is solidly profitable.

He was the CEO and founder of Emosyn LLC, a fabless semiconductor company in the smart card, RFID and security markets. In April 2005 he sold the company to Silicon Storage Technology after growing the business to a $90m run rate with 16 patents issued. Prior to founding Emosyn, he was V.P Marketing for ATMI Inc, a semiconductor materials company where under his tenure the Company grew 10 fold to over a $1bn market cap. Nicholas also spent 10 years with Intel Corporation in Europe.

He is a BSc (Honours) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Anthony Fogel


Mr. Fogel is the SVP of Human Resources for CIBER, Inc. (NYSE: CBR), a global information technology consulting, services and managed services company. He is the former Chief Human Resources Officer for Level 3 Communications, a $4B, public Telecommunications Services company where he was responsible for global human resources activities, encompassing recruiting, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, executive coaching, compensation and benefits.
Mr. Fogel was previously the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at Care One, a $1.3B health care company. Prior to joining Care One, he was a Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at Marathon Asset Management. Mr. Fogel joined Marathon from Lehman Brothers where he had been a Managing Director and the Global Head of Human Resources for Asset Management, Private Equity and Private Banking. He served five years as the Head of Human Resources for Europe, Middle East and Africa based in London. Before Lehman Brothers he was with Morgan Stanley for several years in both New York and London, and he began his Human Resources career at PepsiCo where he spent 9 years.
Mr. Fogel is a magna cum laude graduate of Northern Arizona University with degrees in both business and psychology and he completed Harvard Business School's strategic Human Resources Management Program.

Dann Schwartz


Dann is a successful, serial entrepreneur. In the field of medical devices with Raintree Essix Inc, he invented technologies for orthodontic retainers and tooth move appliances utilizing Essix Plastics without the need for orthodontic brackets and bands. In May, 2005, Raintree Essix was acquired by DENTSPLY (Nasdaq: XRAY). DENTSPLY designs, develops, manufactures and markets a broad range of products for the dental market.
Dann consults with numerous companies utilizing his knowledge in e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, distribution, medical devices and quality management standards. Dann invests in early and medium stage companies in the technology an 2195 d medical device fields and sits on multiple boards. Dann is actively involved with Kidron LLC (www.kidronllc.com) as an advisor.
Dann received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in 1986 with a minor in marketing. His interests outside of investing include Triathlons – Sprints to Half IronMan, golf, snow skiing, basketball and a wine enthusiast!

Mark B. Segall


Mark is a Senior Managing Director of Kidron Corporate Advisors, LLC, a New York based mergers and acquisitions corporate advisory boutique serving emerging growth companies primarily in the technology, media and financial services sectors, which he founded in 2003. He is also a Founder and Managing Member of Kidron’s private equity fund, Kidron Opportunity Fund I, LLC and is the CEO of Kidron Capital Advisors LLC, a registered broker dealer.
Mr. Segall was the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Investec, Inc., the U.S. investment banking operations of the Investec Group, a South African based specialist bank, from 2001 to 2003. He served as head of investment banking and general counsel at Investec Inc. from 1999 to 2001.
From 1996 to 1999, he was a partner at the law firm of Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel LLP, specializing in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and capital markets activities and between 1991 and 1995 he was an associate at the same firm.
Mr. Segall has served as a director of Integrated Asset Management plc, an alternative asset management company, since 2000. He has served as a director of Ronson Europe N.V., a Polish residential real estate development company, since 2008 (appointed Vice Chairman in 2010 and Chairman in 2011). He has served as director of Temco Service Industries, Inc. since February 2011, as director of Bel Fuse, Inc. since July 2011 and as director of Infinity Cross Border Acquisition Corp since June 2012.
He served as a director of Answers Corporation, the owner and operator of the leading Q&A site Answers.com, from December 2004 through April 2011 (when it was sold to Announce Media). He served as director of the Spectrum Group (formerly Escala Group Inc.), a trading and collectibles network company, from 1999 to June 2007, and of Cogo (formerly Comtech Group Inc.), a customized module design solutions business, focusing on the digital media, telecommunications equipment, and industrial business end-markets in China, from 2000 to 2006. He served as a director of siliconix inc., a semiconductor component company, from 2000 to 2005.
Mr. Segall received an AB in History from Columbia University and a JD from New York University Law School.
